Main reason i know this is because i have a corsair RGB keyboard and have it on spectrum wave, When FIFA lags/stutters so does the spectrum wave on the keyboard (yes i have unplugged keyboard and also closed the software for the keyboard). Almost as if its locking the whole pc for a microsecond. The stutter happens more when playing online but it isn't a connection stutter its a system lock. Pretty sure there will be a couple more solutions i have tried but cannot remember. NVIDIA shadowplay and any share features turned off.Using the last 5 game ready graphics card drivers that were released.Changed screen refresh rate to 30,60,120 and 144hz.launched the game then ALT ENT out and left in windowed mode.Deleted all ports in internet settings then re-opened them again.Installed FIFA on another system in the house to check if connection problem, Ran fine.Disabling windows media player in windows.Locking fps in launcher, unlocking fps but putting vsync on in control panel along with many variations of these settings.

The issue ONLY happens in fifa and i play many other games that range from CPU to GPU intensive.
Iv been having a stutter/freezing issue with fifa 21 and despite my best efforts i cannot solve it.
